Taylor Wheels is one of the largest wheel manufacturers in Europe and therefore the first port of call when it comes to wheels and bicycle spare parts on the Internet. More than 20 years of quality and service from Saxony for well-known bicycle brands, dealers, exporters and private customers from Europe and the USA. At their headquarters they produce up to 3,000 wheels every day. However, they do not only have off-the-shelf products, but also custom-made products and special sizes.

Since September 2022, Taylor Wheels has integrated our Product Finder into the online shop. Under the name “Wheel Finder”, we are now making it easier for customers to find the right wheel.

It was important to Taylor Wheels’ Managing Director, Andreas Schmalenberg, to make the stationary shopping experience available online as well. Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are essential.

And this is how the wheel finder works: Customers click through the quiz. Targeted questions guide customers step by step to the relevant products. So simple and yet so efficient.
