Generative AI in Business
Introducing ChatGPT & Co. into your company
Generative artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing the business world and offers companies the opportunity to automate processes, make them more efficient and improve their quality. But despite its enormous potential, this technology also has challenges and limitations. In our workshop, we will therefore talk about how you can use the opportunities for your company and how the weaknesses that models like ChatGPT currently have can be addressed.
Our goal is to give you a deeper understanding of how large language models like ChatGPT work, what use cases they are used for, and how they can be extended. With a mix of theory and practical application examples, we will not only give you the necessary tools, but also provide inspiring ideas on how you can use generative AI in your company.
In the theoretical part, we will deal with the basics of generative AI, ways of extending GPT models, cover possible uses, and discuss how processes can be automated. We will show you how you can optimize and improve the quality of your processes with the support of Zapier and Zapier NLA. In our workshop, we will show you how you can use the impressive capabilities of these tools.
In the practical part, we will look at use cases that go far beyond the typical text generation scenarios. For example, we will look at chain of thought reasoning and agents. We look at tools that are based on generative AI, focusing primarily on the powerful Langchain framework. Finally, we talk about how you can integrate your company knowledge into applications with language models.
Course content
In this workshop we will give you an overview of the latest developments in artificial intelligence and talk about generative AI and its possible applications. The workshop will provide answers to the following questions:
- How does generative AI, the technology behind ChatGPT, work?
- How do I formulate the inputs (prompts) to achieve optimal results?
- Which tasks can I solve with ChatGPT & Co.?
- Which processes can be automated with GPT models?
- How can Zapier NLA help to improve the quality of processes in the company?
- How do I develop applications based on GPT?
- What kind of ecosystem is there around generative AI?
- What is behind Langchain, one of the trendiest repos on GitHub?
Benefits and takeaways
Concepts
We provide an overview of the topic of generative AI and discuss in particular how LLMs like ChatGPT work, where their strengths and weaknesses and their limitations lie.
Prompt engineering
How do I formulate my GPT inputs to get the best possible results? We show the basic principles for creating prompts and strategies such as iterative prompt engineering, inference, transformation and expansion.
Use cases
The seminar covers various possible applications of ChatGPT & Co. in practice. You will learn which use cases are suitable for the use of ChatGPT and how you can use the technology in your company to increase efficiency and achieve competitive advantages.
Automation
An important benefit of ChatGPT in the company is the ability to automate processes. In the course you will learn which tasks can be automated with ChatGPT and how process automation can be implemented, for example by combining generative AI with low-code / no-code platforms.
APIs, tools & frameworks
We provide an insight into the ecosystem around ChatGPT and generative AI and discuss APIs, tools & frameworks that are based on the technology and can be used for various use cases. We focus on the powerful Langchain framework and show how you can use Langchain to develop your own agents.
Who will guide you through the seminar?
You will learn from absolute experts who use generative AI on a daily basis and use it to develop applications for companies:
Mark Reinke is a data scientist who started developing applications based on artificial intelligence early on and now advises customers on how to use this technology.
André Kischkel is a passionate software developer and data engineer, always on the hunt for the best prompt. His motto is: “Prompting first, programming second”.
